Lasiewicz struck out a season-high 10 batters on Saturday night in NIU's 17-2 win at Southern Illinois Saturday night. The sophomore allowed two runs on three hits, with four walks. He retired the first 12 batters he faced before a lead-off home run in the fifth inning. It was his fourth career outing with at least 10 punchouts, one shy of his career-high 11.
